Knox Family Prime Time (KFPT)

Prime Time aims to create the opportunity for adults and children to enjoy expressing their creativity, to gather for a meal, to experience worship and to have fun within a church context. KFPT meets from 4:30PM – 7:00PM one Sunday of the month (September – June). Pre-registration is required by email to knoxkincardineprimetime@gmail.com. Donations welcome.
Check the calendar on this website for the next location, date and time.

Malawi Breakfast

Knox Kincardine hosts an annual “Breakfast for Malawi” which is an event that is open to the community and is intended to raise funds to support an AIDS Hospice in the African country of Malawi. The breakfast was inspired by the Mission work in that country by two of our long-time church members, David and Miriam Barrie. As stated, it is open to the community and while the breakfast is provided at no charge by members of the church, any free-will donations collected are sent directly to the receiving agency in Malawi. The event is typically held in November or December, see the church calendar for date.

Drumming Circle

Led by the Music Director, these are occasional, informal sessions, intended to allow interested individuals to explore and express their inner musical talents.

Card Writers

Each month, a group of people gets together to send cards of encouragement and good wishes to others in the congregation who may need to know that the congregation is interested in their well-being, recovery from illness or bereavement.

Fellowship Events and Outings

Getting to know others in the congregation and enjoying their company is the purpose of these planned activities. Usually organized by the Fellowship and Hospitality Committee, we have gone to the theatre, travelled to a large local flea market, toured an ice sculpting facility, and gone on a mystery tour through the countryside. Suggestions for trips are always welcomed! Additional events held throughout the year include a Chili and Trivia night, Spaghetti Dinner night, and our weekly coffee time following our Worship Service.
