 Good friends are like quilts …

 they age with you yet never lose their warmth

A group of talented Ridgetown area ladies gather in Mt. Zion Church Hall each Wednesday morning. Their purpose is to make quilts which will bring warmth and happiness to those who do not have much of either.

Since the group formed in 1999, the number of quilts given away  is now nearing 4000. The majority are donated to groups or individuals in the Chatham Kent area and beyond

Matthew House – an organization that provides a temporary home and settlement supports to refugees

Victoria Park Place – a homeless shelter in Chatham

Crieff Hills Community – a retreat centre run by the Presbyterian Church

Hope Haven – a homeless shelter in Chatham

Individuals and families in need eg. Stranded travelers during the recent Christmas snowstorm

WANT TO PURCHASE A QUILT?
