My name is Bruce Cornish and I am a member of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Brampton. I also serve as a committee member on the St. Andrew’s Food Bank. I’m also known as Bruce ‘the cookie man’. Some of your members may already know me, as I have been selling those oh so good shortbread cookies with chocolate chunks, shortbread fingers and fruit cake during the Christmas season for the past 35+ years. I’m trying to expand on the scope of this long term fundraising effort by reaching out to the other Presbyterian churches in Brampton to inquire whether someone from your congregation would be willing to work with me to promote these delicious Christmas treats to your congregation, family and friends.
