Service Info for August 7, 2022

Dear Friends,

I want to begin with the two notes.

The first one is regarding the change of the baptismal worship location. The baptism service for Olenna Martire, daughter of Joanne and Paolo Martire, will be held on Sunday, August 7th, 2022, at 1:00 p.m., at Knox Presbyterian Church Glenarm. Due to the unstable Wi-Fi connection inside the Glenarm sanctuary, the worship service will not be broadcasted via Zoom. Some parts of the recorded service will be posted on our church website. Please pray for this happy gathering and join us in this celebration if you are available.

The second item is about the special congregational meeting designed for friends and members of St. Andrew’s Fenelon Falls. This gathering will take place on Sunday, August 21st, following the in-person worship service at St. Andrew’s sanctuary and will also be shared virtually via zoom. “The purpose of the meeting is to provide an up-date regarding the amalgamation of Knox Glenarm and St. Andrew’s Fenelon Falls.” Please mark this date on your calendar and support this critical process with your presence and prayers.

With those notices for your reference, I want to invite you to gather for the August 7th hybrid worship service at 10:00 a.m. at St. Andrew’s Fenelon Falls. This Sunday, we continue to have the Genesis series and explore the crown of God’s Creation, Human Beings (Genesis 1:26 -2:3). As usual, this sacred assembly will also be broadcasted via Zoom. The Zoom link below will open at 9:45 a.m. Before the service, the announcement slides will be presented to the congregation at the sanctuary and on Zoom. A copy of the service info, including the message, is attached.
