“I am sending a sad note to let you know that Bill Hoyle passed away yesterday afternoon, December 7th. Arrangements have been made through the Jardine Funeral Home. Visitation will take place at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Fenelon Falls, on Friday afternoon, December 16th, from 1:00 to 2:30, with the funeral following immediately thereafter.
