MISSION STATEMENT (Including the Inclusive Statement)

The Mission of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church Fenelon Falls is to communicate faith, hope and love by supporting and serving our congregation and the local community.

Inclusive Statement: St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Fenelon Falls is a member of the Presbyterian Church in Canada. At St. Andrew’s, we believe that we are all one in Christ, regardless of age, ethnicity, culture, gender, sexual orientation, and physical or mental ability. We welcome into our church everyone who seeks to love God and participate in an open and supportive congregation that is grounded in the teachings of Jesus Christ. The journey of Christian faith is ongoing and we continuously pray for God’s guidance as we listen to and learn from one another.

Please note that the Session of St. Andrew’s, from the newly amalgamated church between Knox Glenarm and St. Andrew’s Fenelon Falls, reaffirmed the inclusive statement previously developed by the former St. Andrew’s Session in 2019. This statement was fully adopted by the merged congregation in April of 2023.

About Us…

We are a member of the Lindsay-Peterborough Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church in Canada.  St. Andrew’s is located on the main street in the Village of Fenelon Falls, the “Jewel of the Kawarthas,” which is on Lock 34 of the Trent Severn Waterway between Sturgeon and Cameron Lakes.  It has a population of approximately 1,800 permanent inhabitants, which swells in the summer due to tourism and cottaging.  We welcome all visitors to our services.

Our Hybrid Sunday morning service commences at 10:00 a.m. and is led by our minister, Rev. Caleb Kim. Our worship is enriched by the prerecorded music provided by Jane Veale and the Kim Brothers.

St. Andrew’s Church sanctuary is wheelchair accessible, and the basement is accessible by a chair lift. The basement facilities are available for various meetings or events. Please see “Contact Info” to get in touch with us.

Please look at the “Posts” and “Events” pages to see the activity at our church.  We also encourage feedback and hope to make new friends along the way.
