Working together
In 1 Corinthians chapter 12, we are reminded of how important each part of our community of faith is. Whether it is some one who is always seen or some one who you don’t see and at times we wonder what do they do? Yet we are reminded that each person plays an important role when we all work together.

Sometimes we don’t realize how important our presence is, or how valuable what we do is until what we do is missing. Think of a puzzle, each piece by itself seems insignificant until you put them altogether and see the picture they create. Yet if one is missing, we notice the hole that is created with its absence. The same happens with the body of Christ. Each person is part of the community is important and has a place and a role to play. When we work together to do the work before us and do life together it creates a picture of Christ’s life living in and through us.
