Service Information and Church News for January 7, 2024

Dear Friends,

Happy and Healthy New Year to you and your loved ones! As we step into this new year, have we reflected upon resolutions to deepen our relationship with God? It is understandable if some of us feel hesitant, especially considering the mixed feelings from our efforts last year. Yet, let us remember: God’s transformative work within us is ongoing! The same God who initiated this journey of transformation in each of us remains steadfast and unchanging. He promises to bring this work to fruition if we persistently place our trust in Him.

With this brief note, I am pleased to invite you and your loved ones to our hybrid worship service at St. Andrew’s Fenelon Falls, on the first Sunday of 2024, starting at 10:00 a.m. This Sunday, we will learn about God’s intention for each of us, emphasizing the fulfilment of our dreams and visions, as well as guiding our loved ones in His divine manner and timing. Additionally, we will glean insights from God’s creation, the Eagle, that we need in our faith journey.

This divine gathering will be accessible for both in-person and online live-streaming. The Zoom link below will be active from 9:45 a.m. Announcement slides will be shared before the service with both the congregation in the sanctuary and those joining us on Zoom.

Upcoming Services:
January 14: Dan Schley will lead us in worship as Caleb serves at Ballyduff Presbyterian Church on that Sunday.
January 21: Exchange of Scripture Readers during the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity

“Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus” (Philippians 1:6).

Blessings,

Caleb
