Dear Friends,
Christ is risen! He is risen indeed!
May this Easter greetings remain in our hearts–and in the hearts of those we love–today and in the days to come. Let us remember that Christ is in “the business of restoration,” for Jesus is the resurrection and the life, now and always.
Both our Good Friday and Easter Sunday services went wonderfully. We experienced a meaningful time of worship, reflecting on the Cross of Jesus and celebrating the Crown of Jesus throughout the Holy weekend.
On behalf of the congregation, I would like to extend our thanks to Jim, Arlene, and Stan, for preparing delicious pancakes for the Good Friday breakfast, held in the church basement before the service. We also appreciate the ladies who prepared food materials and set up the tables for that gathering. The breakfast was warmly received and well attended, even by one of our youngest participants!
With this note, I warmly invite you and your loved ones to join us for our hybrid service at St. Andrew’s, Fenelon Falls, on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. During the service, we will continue with Part 5 of our Invisible War sermon series, titled: “The Process of Temptation and One Proper Response to Temptation.”
