Devotion for Life for April 16th, 2026

Let us pray

God of work and rest, help us to focus on what You are laying out before us. Help us to resist the distractions that take us away from the work that needs to get done but also help us to take the needed time to rest and renew. In both help us to faithfully live with integrity as we do each task as an act of worship to You. Help us to be like Jesus in our relationships, caring for each person with respect and care. Help us to spend rich and honest time with You our God, just as Jesus took time in prayer, may we dedicate time each day to be filled with Your love.

We pray this all in Jesus’s name, Amen.
