VBS – On the Case 
TUESDAY August 2-5 2020 9am to 3pm
Cost: $25 per child for the week. ($50 for families 2 children or more)

Children JK (completed) to grade 6 are invited to a Vacation Bible School
Youth Volunteers grade 7 and up are welcome! If in High School Volunteers will receive 20 volunteers hours
PAYMENT is needed ASAP to secure your Child(rent)’s spot (financial help available please contact Rev. Shelly)

On The Case Theme: SPIRITUAL HABITS
Day 1: Spending time with God is how we grow Parable of the Sower | Luke 8:4-15
Day 2: Using our gifts is how we serve Parable of the Bag of Gold | Matthew 25:14-29
Day 3: Spending time with others is how we care. Parable of the Good Samaritan | Luke 10:25-37
Day 4: Sharing our story is how we love. Parable of the Lost: sheep, coin, son | Luke 15:1-32
Everyday at VBS campers will have Fun with different experiences of learning and play, all activities are geared to school age children. Campers will also play games, sing, craft, FLASH(faith learning & sharing) as well as enjoy nature & adventure activities. Two snacks will be provided each day and we ask that all campers bring a lunch (peanut free please!)
Enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers from Caradoc Presbyterian Church, along with your mintier and youth will run all elements of VBS each day.

Payment Options: To secure registration in program payment must be received as soon as possible or before July 27, , 2022.
Payments can be sent by mail to the church or dropped off in person via appointment. Alternatively our Minister can receive an etransfer at admin@caradocpresbyterian.ca (Please use password: onthecase for etransfer )

Regarding children four and under: Due to changes made in 2016 to the Ontario Child Care and Early Years Act children four (who have not completed JK) and under are unfortunately unable to participate in VBS at Caradoc Presbyterian Church. However, if a parent or legal guardian can be present/volunteer for the duration of the program children who are four years old maybe attend. Parents can elect to have a responsible adult accompany their child to the program if they provide written permission and the CPC’s VBS Committee agrees to this arrangement ahead of time. Written requests will be consider only up until two weeks before the event.
